Abstract
This final rule establishes streamlined procedures to be used to process civil penalty enforcement actions resulting from certain security violations. The procedures were tested as a result of recommendations made by the Vice President's National Performance Review. This streamlined enforcement process will reduce costs and improve efficiency in factually uncomplicated cases.
