Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Saluda, VA. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Hummel Field Airport, Saluda, VA has made this action necessary. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Hummel Field Airport.
