Abstract
This rule amends the Class D airspace area at Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster, MO, to provide additional controlled airspace for aircraft executing the new Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Whiteman AFB. The effect of this rule is to provide additional controlled airspace for aircraft executing Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) and for departing aircraft to transition into controlled airspace.
