## Abstract

This Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR), applicable May 15, 1996, through August 11, 1996, establishes airspace and flight operations requirements for the XXVI Olympic Games. The FAA believes this regulation is necessary for the security of the venues, safe operation, and management of aircraft operating to, within, and from these areas, and to prevent any unsafe congestion of sightseeing and other aircraft over the various game sites.
