## Abstract

This action makes a correction to an airworthiness directive (AD) that was published in the Federal Register on November 12, 1996 (61 FR 57993), and concerns Aerospace Technologies of Australia Pty Ltd. (ASTA) Models N22B, N24A, and N22S airplanes. The AD number for that action should be AD 96-23-18, but was referenced as AD 96-23-03. The AD currently requires replacing the existing fuselage stub fin plate with one of improved design. This action corrects the AD to reflect the correct AD number.
