## Abstract

This amendment adopts changes to certain references and language in the regulations governing the operations of certificate holders under parts 121 and 135. Many of these changes are made necessary as a result of the issuance of new part 119, which has made numerous references in parts 121 and 135 incorrect or obsolete. The changes to parts 121 and 135 in this amendment will not impose any additional restrictions on persons affected by these regulations.
