Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Kutztown, PA, to accommodate a VHF Omni-Directional Radio Range (VOR) and Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Kutztown Airport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
