## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Friendly, MD, to accommodate a VHF Omni-Directional Radio Range (VOR), Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) and Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Potomac Airport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
