Abstract
This action confirms the effective date of the direct final rule which modifies the Class E airspace at Nashua, NH, Newport, RI, Mansfield, MA, Providence, RI, and Taunton, MA by removing from their descriptions references to Class E airspace areas removed by previous actions. The direct final rule is necessary to keep the descriptions of controlled airspace areas operationally current.
