## Abstract

This action withdraws the Direct final rule with request for comments which changed the Class E5 airspace area at Wahoo, NE. The direct final rule is being withdrawn because the airspace was previously published in the Federal Register June 17, 1996 (61 FR 30507), as Docket Number 96-ACE-3 and was effective August 15, 1996.
