## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at South New Castle, PA, to accommodate a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), Helicopter Point In Space Approach based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), serving Jameson Memorial Hospital Heliport, and St. Francis Hospital Heliport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliports.
