## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Jeannette, PA, to accommodate a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), Helicopter Point In Space Approach based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), and serving Monsour Medical Center and Jeannette District Hospital Heliports. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliport.
