Abstract
This amendment modifies the Class E airspace at Marion, VA, to accommodate a Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 26 for the Mountain Empire Airport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
