Abstract
This amendment modifies the Class E airspace at Olean, NY, to accommodate two Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 22 and RWY 4 at Cattaraugus County-Olean Airport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
