This action removes the direct final rule published on January 27, 1997 (62 FR 3786) regarding the Class E airspace area at Sioux City, IA. The direct final rule is being removed because the airspace was previously published in the Federal Register on August 6, 1996 (61 FR 40719), as Docket Number 96-ACE-11, effective January 30, 1997.
