## Abstract

These special conditions are issued for the Jetstream Aircraft Limited Model 4101 airplane. This airplane will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with installation of the CPR system. These special conditions contain the additional safety standards that the Administrator considers necessary to establish a level of safety equivalent to that established by the airworthiness standards of 14 CFR Part 25.
