## Abstract

This amendment modifies the Class E5 airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Oneida County Airport, Utica, NY, and establishes Class E5 airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Griffiss Airfield, Rome, NY. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at Oneida County Airport and Griffiss Airfield.
