Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace area at Santa Ynez, CA. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS-A) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Santa Ynez Airport has made this action necessary. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Santa Ynez Airport, Santa Ynez, CA.
