Establishment of Class E Airspace; University of Maryland, Baltimore, MD

This action establishes Class E airspace at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, MD, to accommodate a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), Helicopter Point In Space Approach based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), and serving the Cowley Shock Trauma Center Heliport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliport.
