Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Fort McHenry, MD, to accommodate a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), Helicopter Point In Space Approach based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), serving the Maryland State Police Heliport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliport.
