## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above ground level (AGL) at Manila Municipal Airport, Manila, AR. The development of a Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 18 has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate controlled airspace for aircraft executing the NDB SIAP to RWY 18 at Manila Municipal Airport, Manila, AR.
