Abstract
This action amends the Class E airspace area at Salyer Farms, CA. The development of a Special Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 32 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has made this action necessary. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Salyer Farms Airport, Salyer Farms, CA.
