## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at Rochester, IN. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway 29 has been developed for Fulton County Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action will increase the radius of the existing Class E airspace.
