## Abstract

This action amends the Class E airspace area at Keokuk Municipal Airport, Keokuk, IA. The FAA has developed a Localizer/ Distance Measuring Equipment (LOC/DME) Runway (RWY) 26 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) utilizing the LOC and DME of the Instrument Landing System (ILS). Additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate this SIAP, and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at this airport. The enlarged area will contain the new LOC/DME RWY 26 SIAP in controlled airspace. The intended effect of this rule is to provided additional controlled airspace for aircraft arriving at the Keokuk Municipal Airport.
