Establishment of Class E Airspace; Twin Falls, ID

This action establishes the Twin Falls, ID, Class E airspace. The recent commissioning of the Twin Falls Automated Surface Observation System (ASOS) qualifies the Joslin Field-Magic Valley Regional Airport for a Class E surface area. The intended effect of this action is to provide the controlled airspace necessary, when the control tower is closed and Class D airspace is not active, to enable the FAA to provide Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) air traffic control services and separation to IFR aircraft.
