## Abstract

This amendment modifies the Class D and Class E airspace at McKinney, TX. The development of a planned Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP's) at McKinney Municipal Airport, McKinney, TX, has made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate additional controlled airspace for aircraft operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) in the vicinity of McKinney Municipal Airport, McKinney, TX.
