## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Encino, TX. The development of two Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) to runway (RWY) 13 and RWY 31 at El Coyote Ranch Airport has made this rule necessary. This action is intended to establish Class E airspace for aircraft operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and executing the GPS SIAP's at El Coyote Ranch Airport, Encino, TX.
