## Abstract

This amendment modifies the Class E Airspace area at Covington, KY A Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 24 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has been developed for Cincinnati-Blue Ash Airport. As a result, additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Cincinnati-Blue Ash Airport.
