Abstract
This rule revises the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) that prescribe the certification, training, and experience requirements for pilots, flight instructors, and ground instructors, and the certification requirements for pilot schools approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This rule updates these requirements to enhance the ability of pilots to meet the evolving demands of the National Airspace System (NAS) and operate safely and effectively in this environment.
