## Abstract

This action establishes a temporary Restricted Area 3203D (R- 3203D) at Orchard, ID, for the period June 1-22, 1997. The Idaho Army National Guard has requested the establishment of this temporary area to provide essential ground maneuvering space needed to meet its increased annual training requirements. This temporary area is established adjacent to existing Restricted Area 3203A (R-3203A).
