## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at Youngstown Elser Metro Airport, OH. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 28 has been developed for Youngstown Elser Metro Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action adds an extension to the east for the existing controlled airspace for Youngstown Elser Metro Airport.
