Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Philadelphia, PA. The amendment of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Instrument Landing System (ILS) at Philadelphia International Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the ILS Runway (RWY) 9R SIAP to Philadelphia International Airport.
