Abstract
This amendment revises Class E airspace at Refugio, TX. The development of two global positioning system (GPS) standard instrument approach procedures (SIAP) to the Mellon Ranch Airport at Refugio, TX, has made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the Mellon Ranch Airport, Refugio, TX.
