## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace at Wilmington Clinton Field, OH. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 21 has been developed for Wilmington Clinton Field. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action creates controlled for Wilmington Clinton Field.
