Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace at Beaver Dam, WI. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), 266 deg. helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Hillside Hospital Heliport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action creates controlled airspace with a redius of 6.0 miles for the point in space serving Hillside Hospital Heliport.
