Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Fairfax, VA. The development of a Helicopter Point In Space Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) serving the Mobil Business Resources Corporation (MBRC) Heliport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliport at Fairfax, VA.
