This action corrects an error in the airspace docket identification of a final rule that was published in the Federal Register on August 18, 1998 (63 FR 44128), Airspace Docket No. 97-ACE- 21. The final rule established Class E airspace surface area at the Davenport Municipal Airport, Davenport, IA.
