Abstract
This action establishes a temporary flight restriction (TFR) area for the period of October 3 through October 11, 1998, for the upcoming Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta (KAIBF). This TFR is necessary to manage aircraft operating in the vicinity of the KAIBF, and to prevent unsafe congestion of aircraft that are sightseeing over and around the Balloon Fiesta.
