## Abstract

This action establishes the Class E airspace area at Guthrie, IA. The development of Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 36 and Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) RWY 18 Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) have made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Guthrie County Regional Airport, Guthrie, IA.
