Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Berkeley Springs, WV. The development of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Potomac Airpark has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the GPS RWY 11 SIAP, and GPS RWY 29 SIAP to Potomac Airpark.
