## Abstract

This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Baltimore, MD. The development of Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Martin State Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the NDB or GPS RWY 15 SIAP to Martin State Airport.
