Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Ellenville, NY. The development of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) to Runway (RWY) 22 at Joseph Y. Resnick Airport requires the establishment of controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations to the airport. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at Joseph Y. Resnick Airport at Ellenville, NY.
