## Abstract

This action modifies class E airspace at Two Harbors, MN. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 24 has been developed for Richard B. Helgeson Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action increases the radius of, and adds a northeast extension to, the existing controlled airspace for Richard B. Helgeson Airport.
