## Abstract

This action changes the Riverton, WY, Class E surface airspace legal description from part-time to continuous. The FAA has commissioned an Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) at the Riverton Regional Airport which makes the airport eligible for continuous Class E surface airspace.
