## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at Owatonna, MN. A VHF Omnidirectional Range/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 30, Amendment 4, has been developed for Owatonna Municipal Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action increases the radius of, and adds a southeast extension to, the existing controlled airspace for this airport.
