Abstract
This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Grove City, PA. The development of a Helicopter Point In Space Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), and serving the United Community Hospital Heliport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to the heliport.
