Abstract
This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Fishers Island, NY. The amendment of a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) to Elizabeth Field, Fishers Island, NY, requires the establishment of controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations to the airport. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to Elizabeth Field at Fishers Island, NY.
