## Abstract

This action establishes a temporary Restricted Area 3203D (R- 3203D) at Orchard, ID, for the period June 5-26, 1999. The temporary area will be established adjacent to the existing Restricted Area R- 3203A. The Idaho Army National Guard will use this temporary restricted area to support its annual training requirements.
