## Abstract

This amendment revises the Class E airspace extending upward from the surface within a 4.1-mile radius of Scholes Field, Galveston, TX. Increased air traffic operations and instrument approaches have made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide continuous controlled airspace for aircraft operating in the vicinity of Scholes Field, Galveston, TX.
