## Abstract

This document provides regulations for the conduct of protests and contract disputes under the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS). Also, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations governing the application for, and award of, Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) fees are amended to include procedures applicable to the resolution of protests and contract disputes under the AMS, and to conform to the current EAJA statute.
